Patti started her insurance career with Farm Bureau as a service representative in 1988. Being trained by a captive insurer, it was easy to learn “their way” of doing things. She brought this learning ability to the Agency in 2002. She quickly learned how the Independent Agency systems works and eagerly adapted to the new mindset. Doing something new each day, working with other employees and meeting new people are the things she enjoys the most about her position. She was licensed in 2004 and continues to learn to multi-task. Patti is a reader and finds it hard to put down a good book. Patti and her husband, Bob, have lived in the Alexandria area since 2002.
